MishMash Ensemble at the 2023 International YAMSession

We were thrilled to be able to present the MishMash Ensemble performing Toot! at the 2023 International YAMSession showcase in Brazil! As well as sharing our performance with producers and programmers from around the world we also visited the Prof. Yolanda Biagioni Camargo School in Cerquilho, Sao Paulo.

The MishMash Ensemble is a new programme for 2023-26. Each year we will create an ensemble of the finest musicians to tour a concert programme, bringing our approach to live music for young audiences to 1000s of children across England.

Be mesmerized by Paquito D'rivera's Aires Tropicales, let G.F. Handel's Sonata for Oboe envelop you in its welcoming embrace, whilst Valerie Coleman's Red Clay and Mississippi Delta transports you through classical chamber music into the blues of the deep south. 

Feel the vibrant energy of  György Ligeti's Bagatelles as they ignite the stage with dynamic and thrilling rhythms and let Judith Weir's Mountain Airs carry you to the majestic Scottish Highlands.
